Joignez-vous à nous pour une conférence en ligne de Wanda Dalla Costa, directrice / fondatrice de l’Indigenous Design Collaborative (IDC) à ASU, et directrice de la firme Tawaw Architecture Collective Inc (www.TawArc.com). La conférence portera sur la décolonisation du design dans une perspective autochtone et s’appuiera sur quatre concepts des cultures autochtones (Futurity, Placekeeping, Pluriverse et Design as Ceremony). Les participants se familiariseront avec des pratiques de conception autochtones et découvriront des outils pertinents pour leurs propres processus et recherches. Élisa Gouin, candidate au doctorat en architecture à l'École d'architecture de l'Université Laval et collaboratrice du partenariat de recherche Habiter le Nord québécois, animera la période de Questions/Réponses.

Please join us for an online lecture by Wanda Dalla Costa, the director/founder of the Indigenous Design Collaborative (IDC) at ASU, and firm principal of Tawaw Architecture Collective Inc (www.TawArc.com). The session will focus on decolonizing design from an Indigenous perspective. The workshop will dive into four Indigenous-centric concepts (Futurity, Placekeeping, Pluriverse and Design as Ceremony). Participants will come away with an awareness of Indigenous design practices, and tools to add to their own process and research. Élisa Gouin, PhD candidate in architecture at Laval University's School of Architecture and collaborator of Living in Northern Quebec research partnership, will lead Q&A session.
