"Les visages du Nord" Photo Exhibition at the School of Architecture
From February 28 to March 6, the research group Living in Northern Quebec, accompanied by Myriam Blais's students (ARC-6035), traveled to Inukjuak and Puvirnituq to witness the situation in terms of housing and construction, as well as the aspirations and realities of their inhabitants. Various exchanges, openness and collaboration have opened the doors of a territory, a people, and its culture. This photojournalistic exhibition is presented in three themes - dwelling, living, collaborating - and is a portrait of the many faces of northern Quebec.
A must see, starting March 26th, 2017 in the Habitats+Cultures hallway, on the first floor of the School of Architecture of Laval University.
